JCube's Kungfu Paradise

Yesterday Gary and I went to JCube for some project discussion and we were sourcing for places with wifi. Sadly, JCube seems to lack these places and the only place with wifi that came to our mind was Macs since I was on a tight budget.

Long story short, we ended up at Kungfu Paradise instead because Mac was packed and Gary was hungry already. The Asian modern style setting of Kungfu Paradise was warm and inviting. These days, sofa seats like theirs can be found in many restaurants but I am not complaining because I like them.

Anyway, the pricing of the food was reasonable and they averaged on S$10. One great find that we spotted was the Liu Sha Bao (Custard Bun) which costs only S$3.90 for 3! They were served piping hot and the anxious and noobish Gary took a huge bite without knowing that the fillings would spill out. It was quite hilarious watching his reaction. On the other hand, I ate with cation as I knew that if the bao had a flowy filling, the fillings would burst out and scald me.

In the end, we ended up ordering another set! l also ate the KungFu burger (S$3.20) which had a nice crisp to the bread but it was too small to fill up at least 1/2 of my stomach.
