Life: Beer Brewery Field trip! Drinking Buffet.

Do you know that the applications of Environmental Engineering also extends to beer making? This field trip to Asia Pacific Breweries, located in the western part of Singapore, that I went for in November, for my Environmental microbiology module, has got to be the most awesomest one! In this post, I would be sharing about my experience and how to pour the perfect beer (comes with a video of a failed demonstration)!
