Watching the last installment of Harry Potter left a bittersweet aftertaste. It made me recall my childhood days when I just stayed in bed the whole day just to read Harry Potter. I think it started when I was in primary 5 and it was during my holidays that my mummy brought the books for me. It was one of the best thing ever that lasted through the years:) The ending was also of a happy one despite the darkening plot as each book progressed and it was just wonderful as the many deaths throughout the story was truly heart-wrenching.
Even though the books were better, the movies were also interesting as I was able to compare the images that I conjured while reading the book with the ones as pictured by the director. Sometimes that led to disappointment but all is well; I was still a loyal fan nevertheless. A fun fact is that the main casts, Harry, Hermione and Ron are about the same age as me so it's like I grew up together with them with each movie. How lovely!
During the last movie, Voldie had a few awkward moments in which evoked laughter within the cinema and it's kinda cute actually. What a nice last movie!
They will always occupy a space within my heart<3
